The KNCB has released the below statement following the news of Netherlands National Team Coach Ryan Campbell

The KNCB, Board, staff, players and the Netherlands cricket community are in absolute shock following the news of the heart attack Ryan suffered while on a family holiday in the UK.

On behalf of the KNCB, we would like to pass on our heartfelt thought to Ryan, Leontina, and family and hope Ryan makes a full and speedy recovery.

Ryan is the coach of the Dutch National Cricket Team, a position he has held since early 2017.

Veel Oranjecricket

Van 18 november tot en met 1 december speelt ons vrouwenteam een toernooi voor Emerging Countries in Thailand. Het wedstrijdprogramma volgt zodra bekend. In januari spelen de Oranjevrouwen de T20 World Cup Qualifier in de Nepalese hoofdstad Kathmandu, die rond die tijd ook door ons mannenteam zal worden bezocht. In februari 2026 nemen de Oranjemannen deel aan de T20 World Cup, die in India en Sri Lanka zal worden gespeeld.
