"The T20 World Cup Qualifiers in October represents a massive opportunity for us to cement our berth in next year’s World Cup in Australia. Everything we have done this year with the National team has been geared up for success at the event, this included playing as many of our talented youngsters we could in big series against good opposition. Selection was extremely tough, a great reflection of the strength in Dutch cricket.

We will need to be at our best to guarantee qualification, our group contains Scotland, Bermuda, Namibia, Papua New Guinea & Singapore. Before we go to Dubai, the squad will travel to Oman where we will face Oman, Hong Kong, Nepal & Ireland. This will give the squad a great opportunity to finalize our game plans and make up of our team.

This October represents a massive moment in Dutch Cricket’s future as a spot at the World Cup will greatly aid the National program and give further assistance to our own Club system. We hope the whole Dutch Cricket community will be supporting us."
