- ACC crowned Hoofdklasse champions; will face VOC for Topklasse spot

ACC won the Hoofdklasse title by beating Groen en Wit convincingly. Izhaan Sayed (6-34) and Iftikhari Ahmad (4-22) bowled Groen en Wit out for 58 runs in 13.3 overs before Akash Arora (31 not out) sealed the day in 8.2 overs. This turned the (on paper) 50-over match into a half-baked T20.
ACC finished with 27 points from eighteen matches, just ahead of Bloemendaal, who finished two points behind. KNCB chairman Guido Landheer, who was present at the match, paid a huge compliment to the ACC board. "First of all, it's impressive to become champions the very next year after being relegated. There are several young players in the first team. We'll soon see if ACC can take the final step towards rejoining the Topklasse in 2026. I understand, by the way, that work is also underway to establish a women's team. Given the priorities of the KNCB board, I express my great appreciation for that ambition."
ACC will play a promotion-relegation match against VOC, the eighth-placed team in the Topklasse, on August 9 at Hermes DVS. Excelsior '20 and Sparta will be relegated directly to the Hoofdklasse, which will consist of two eight-team leagues in 2026.
