Changes in match schedule WWCQ Zimbabwe
Published at 11 November, 2021With Papua New Guinea's withdrawal from the ICC Women's World Cup Qualifier, the ICC has had to make some changes to its match schedule. As a result, one game shifts for the Dutch squad. See below for the new schedule.
Adjusted match schedule
- Friday 19 November - Warm-up match - Netherlands vs USA
- Tuesday 23 November - Netherlands vs Sri Lanka
- Thursday 25 November - Ireland vs Netherlands
- Monday 29 November - West Indies vs Netherlands
- Wednesday 1 December through Sunday 5 December: Super 6
Papua New Guinea withdraws from Women's World Cup Qualifier
Last week, it was announced that Papua New Guinea was forced to withdraw from the ICC Women's World Cup Qualifier tournament. Several people within the team have tested positive for COVID-19, as a result of which they were no longer able to participate in this tournament.
