- Come cheer on the Dutch team against Italy – Friday, July 11th, starting at 4:00 PM at VCC

On Friday, July 11th, the Dutch men's team will play against Italy. At stake is a direct ticket to the T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka in February and March next year.
In the past, Italy may have been an ‘easy’ opponent, but the team has made big strides, defeating both Scotland and Guernsey earlier in the tournament. Captain Joe Burns's men will undoubtedly make every effort to beat the Netherlands on Friday afternoon.
Given the high stakes, the Dutch team, who narrowly lost to Scotland, but defeated both Jersey and Guernsey will go all the way to secure World Cup qualification. Captain Scott Edwards's men demonstrated their solid position among Europe's elite in those matches.
Spectacular and exciting cricket is expected on Friday afternoon. The Netherlands can use all the support they can get. Come watch at Voorburg CC, Groene Zoom 20 in The Hague! Free entrance.
