- Dutch women's team to play T20I TriSeries in Edinburgh

The Dutch women's cricket team will play four T20Is in Edinburgh as of the end of May. Opponents will be Bangladesh and host Scotland.
The tournament will take place in preparation for the T20 World Cup in June, in which the three countries will participate. Earlier this year, the Dutch women qualified for this ICC event for the first time.
Head coach Neil MacRae comments: “We are excited about going to Scotland for the T20 TriSeries with Scotland and Bangladesh in May. This Series will provide important match practice in the build up to the ICC T20 Women’s World Cup in June.”
Team captain Babette de Leede adds: “We’ve trained really hard this winter and this TriSeries will be an exciting tournament. We have played Scotland quite a lot recently. The games are generally close and of a high standard. Playing against Full Member Bangladesh is also a great opportunity, especially in preparation for the T20 World Cup in England. We’re looking forward to playing in Scotland again after seven years.”
