- HCC-women T20 champion after beating Quick in Super Over; men's final will be Punjab vs VRA

The women's T20 final was - somewhat surprisingly - won by HCC, which batted after winning the toss and put 109/6 in the books thanks to 32 runs from Phebe Molkenboer and 25 from Frédérique Overdijk. On Quick's side, Annemijn Thomson had the best figures with 2-17. Caroline de Lange picked up three catches in addition to two wickets.
With Robine Rijke (34) on the astroturf, Quick seemed to be heading for an easy win, but when Ruby Cullinan and Frédérique Overdijk both struck twice in the middle order, things got more exciting.
Quick had to make four runs off the last over. They only managed three and a Super Over had to bring a result. The Super Over - and with it the championship - became a prey for HCC thanks to a six by Iris Zwilling's facing her first delivery after the Quick (batting first) had lost a wicket.
VRA to men's final after winning against VCC
In the men's Topklasse League VRA did not have any trouble beating reigning champion Voorburg CC. Despite beautiful summer weather, the match could not start until 15:00 because of wet patches on the wicket. VCC (106/9 in 33 overs) collectively failed when batting (Shariz Ahmad 4-17). Vikram Singh led Amstelveen's answer with 58 not out.
Dutch Hoofdklasse final (men) will be Quick v Kampong
Kampong only made 178 runs against Salland, but that was enough for the win. The team, with Scott Edwards and Max O'Dowd in its ranks, will take on Quick in The Hague next weekend.
