- Lucas Hendrikse interim CEO Royal Dutch Cricket Association KNCB

As of December 15, 2024, Lucas Hendrikse will become interim CEO of the KNCB, in the absence of part of the management team, including the CEO.
Lucas Hendrikse (62) has a background in business economics. For 35 years he worked in business in financial, commercial and general management, at DSM and at a family business.
For several years now, he has mainly been active as an interim manager and supervisory director. In addition, he has managerial experience within the Dutch cricket, football and hockey communities. At the KNCB, Lucas will further develop the office organisation and make it future-proof.
During his active career Lucas was an all-rounder of Quick (The Hague), where he has been a member since his youngest childhood. He reached his sporting peak in 1986, when he became champion of the Netherlands with Quick 1.
About his temporary appointment, Lucas says: "Dutch cricket is very close to my heart. Not only as a former player, but also as a spectator. I follow Dutch and international cricket closely. That is why I am looking forward to using my knowledge and experience for our sport."
Chairman Guido Landheer: “The board is very pleased that Lucas, an experienced interim director, will lead the KNCB office. As a former cricketer, he also has a large network in the cricket community.”
