- Pentangular T20I Series in Oman

Following the T20I Tri Series against Scotland and Ireland and a specialist coaches week at VOC, the Netherlands men's XI will travel to Oman for a 5-Nation T20 tournament from October 5-10. This tour serves as the Netherlands' final preparation for the T20 World Cup Qualifier in Dubai, which starts on October 18. Besides host Oman The Netherlands will face Hong Kong, Ireland and Nepal.

Specialist coaches
Last week, former England players Luke Wright (batting specialist) and Ian Salisbury (spin bowling coach) came to Rotterdam for a couple of valuable specialist coaching sessions at VOC. Chris Liddle, who will also assist Ryan Campbell as bowling coach for the Qualifiers, spent time with the fast bowlers as the team made the most of their last week in the Netherlands before heading on a month-long trip to Oman and Dubai.

The aim is to jointly exchange ideas, discuss opportunities and see how we can continue and strengthen the positive developments towards the future.
