- ProSeries: Seafarers level after win over Hurricanes

The idea of men's national coach Ryan Cook to have the players chosen for the ProSeries via a draft is working out well. In Schiedam, two close T20 matches were played on the main ground of Hermes DVS this week. After the first ended in a tie, the second edition also had varying chances.
The Seafarers chose to bat first after winning the toss. Not for the first time Scott Edwards (56 of forty balls) was the most important rungetter for his team. Support acts of Lucas Del Bianco (25) and Sikander Zulfiqar (24) determined the total at 141/7. Sebastiaan Braat made optimal use of his home ground and took 3-29; Paul van Meekeren 2-22.
The Hurricanes had a partnership of 61 runs for the fourth wicket, putting them on course for a victory. Contributors were Noah Croes (39) and Musa Ahmad (35). However, when both players were caught in the sixteenth and eighteenth over, the Seafarers tied the ProSeries standings for the week with one game won each. 129/6 was the final score, with 3-31 for Kyle Klein and 2-28 for Vikram Singh. The decider will be on May 27 at 3.30 pm at VRA in Amstelveen.
