- Quick Women's Team National 40-Over Champion

The Quick women's team has become national champion in the 40-over competition – just as they did in 2024. The performances of Annemijn Thomson (104 runs) and Hannah Landheer (five wickets) were the most striking in a match that ended 285-195.
Quick opted to bat first after winning the toss. This worked out well, mainly thanks to Robine Rijke (63) and Annemijn Thomson, who recorded a magnificent century (104). HCC/ VCC's bowling and fielding were, in their own words, poor, resulting in misfields, dropped catches, and a whopping 40 wides.
285 was a substantial target. Phebe Molkenboer (59) stuck to the required run rate. However, the required run rate rose to over eight per over. In the middle order, Iris Zwilling offered some resistance with a solid 50, but thanks to the much better bowling and fielding from the Quick ladies – only 12 wides and a number of brilliant stops on the boundary by Isabel van der Woning – the Hague/ Voorburg team never came close to reaching the high target. At 195, HCC/ VCC were all out, and Quick was crowned the rightful champions as Hannah Landheer excelled with 5-38.
