- Southern Suns beat Northern Panthers on penultimate ball

Batting first the Panthers had a great start with Annemijn Thomson (42 off 33 balls). However, over number 6 by Donna Polet and over number 9 by Isabel van der Woning (0-7 in 2) both yielded only four runs. 90 in the available ten over was therefore the final score.
For the Southerns Suns, Babette de Leede (46 off 28 balls) and Carlijn van Koolwijk (15 not out) kept up the pace. The Panthers had a glimmer of hope when De Leede ran out, but on the penultimate ball of the game Isabel van der Woning hit the winning runs after three dots (!).
