- The Dutch women lost their last T10 group match in Malaga

England turned out to be too strong again: 98/8 - 99/3. Finals will follow on Friday.
After the flashy start of Iris Zwilling (14), Robine Rijke (26) and Sanya Khurana (20), things went wrong for the Orange selection. For example, in Chiara Green's ninth over, three wickets fell. Thanks to Merel Dekeling (15 not out off seven balls) and Robin Schmidt the Netherlands survived this collapse without significant damage: 98.
The Netherlands had a dream start with a catch behind the wicket and two run outs: England on 12/3.
Where the Dutch had so far bowled remarkably few wides in the tournament, twelve were now in the books. With 98 runs on the board, the Netherlands could not afford that. Pai (42 not out) and Fackrell (35 not out) pulled England out of trouble with attacking batting. The English won in the eighth over.
The finals will be on Friday, December 22.
