The Dutch women's team has won the first HCLTech T20I against Hong Kong. In Utrecht the result was 170-86.
Batting first, the Netherlands made a solid 170/3. Sterre Kalis (12) and Iris Zwilling opened with 36/1. Zwilling (43) and Babette de Leede improved on that with a partnership of 53 for the second wicket leading to 89/2 in the thirteenth over.

Innings Hong Kong
Caroline de Lange forced the fall of the first wicket, that of Natasha Miles, with a wonderful direct hit. Good bowling and fantastic groundfielding (with three run outs!) ensured that Hong Kong didn't come close. Yasmin Daswani made 29 runs for the visitors. For the Dutch, Frédérique Overdijk and Hannah Landheer each took two wickets.
The remaining games are on Tuesday at 2 p.m. and on Wednesday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
