Three changes in Netherlands A team at European T10 Championship
Published at 09 October, 2022Aryan Dutt, Philippe Boissevain and Arnav Jain are not available for the Championship Week of the Dream 11 European Cricket Championship. The three spinners reside in India, New Zealand and Australia respectively and are replaced by Shirase Rasool, Udit Nashier (both VRA) and Siqander Zulfiqar (Punjab).
The Netherlands won all its matches in the Group Stage of the T10 tournament at the end of September, including the final against Denmark. No less than eight Dutch batsmen had a strike rate of over 200 in the Group Stage. Left arm spinner Clayton Floyd leads the overall bowling rankings with eighteen wickets.
Captain Sebastiaan Braat: "With a group of players, many of whom already had T10 experience from last year, we set a nice standard. We are looking forward to the Championship Week, in which we will be tested more than in the Group Stage. Last year we finished third, this year we are aiming for the championship."
