Voorburg CC women win Hoofdklasse championship
Published at 13 June, 2021After their victory with 7 wickets over VRA on Saturday 12 June, the women of Voorburg CC can officially call themselves champions in the Hoofdklasse. In their last game of the Hoofdklasse competition (the Voorburg ladies have a bye next weekend) they secured first place without losing any of their matches.
The women of Voorburg CC end the season with 7 wins from 8 matches. The only match they didn't win, was a rain-soaked drawn match against Ajax SC on a bitterly cold and wet Saturday 8 May.
