- Substantial growth of cricket in the Netherlands
The clubs and the KNCB Regional Development Officers are working hard to put cricket on the map throughout the Netherlands. The clubs have taken up the gauntlet perfectly and these efforts have not been without results: 10% growth in the number of youth teams and in lower leagues there is a growth of 15% in the number of men's teams. Two new women's teams have also been established.
First KNCB Tapeball tournament

In the group stage, eighteen teams competed for a spot in the Super 12. After that, quarter-finals and semi-finals took place. In the final, United CC Eindhoven defeated Delux with the OGs from Delft taking third place. Nine official KNCB umpires, an award ceremony by former international Roland Lefebvre, a sum of money and a Dutch national team shirt for the winners and, according to insiders, delicious catering made the cricket party complete.
