Women's T20 World Cup: Trophy will visit the Netherlands
Ahead of the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup in England (in June), the World Cup is coming to the Netherlands! It will be on display in the Eindhoven, Amsterdam, and The Hague regions. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to have their picture taken with the trophy. In addition, various accessible cricket activities will be organized.
Trophy Tour program (subject to change):
Monday, May 11, 2026
We will start with a marketing tour through Rotterdam and Kinderdijk. Next, we will proceed to the International School in Eindhoven (16:00 – 17:00). Following this, we will be present at UCCE from 18:00 to 20:00 to conduct clinics.
Tuesday, May 12, 2026
The marketing tour will begin at NOS. Afterwards, we will travel to Amsterdam for a number of photo sessions. We will conclude the day at Qui Vive, where we will be present from 16:00 to 21:00 for an open day with a festival-like setting.
Wednesday, May 13, 2026
We will start at the British School (10:30 – 11:10). Afterwards, we will proceed to the International School of The Hague (12:00 – 13:00). This will be followed by a marketing tour of The Hague, including a visit to the Peace Palace. During the SuperSeries match (women) at VCC (Groene Zoom 20, The Hague, 16:30), we will then organize low-threshold and accessible challenges.

KNCB regional meetings on April 1 at 8 p.m
The KNCB would like to invite you to an upcoming regional meeting on Wednesday, April 1. During this meeting we would like to discuss the further development of cricket in the country and in your region. The aim is to jointly exchange ideas, discuss opportunities and see how we can continue and strengthen the positive developments towards the future. There is also an opportunity to reflect on relevant themes and current developments. Your input is very important and we would like to hear your ideas, experiences and points of interest. Representatives of the KNCB will be present at all meetings. Register for the Regional Meeting: send an email to the Development Officer for your region. If you have input for the agenda, please indicate this immediately in the email. We kindly request that you register before Monday, March 30, 12:00 noon.
